I love your guys' products. I have rocked a 64 pattern ruck from CPGear for most of my military career. I have also bought and used a camelback carrier, Tac-vest side panels, nametapes and 2 OTW shirts. Everything has exceeded my expectations and continues to serve me well.
I have made a few purcahses from CP gear and have always been very pleased with the products. Over Christmas I ordered the new 64 ruck assembly and it arrived quickly but with a very minor imperfection. I shot an email thru the website and Mark replied personally, 20 mins later on a Saturday morning!
Mark came up with a plan to rectify the problem and it went exactly as we discussed. CP gear really went above and beyond with incredible customer service, well beyond what I as a customer would have wanted. I buy alot of stuff online and I can state without question their level of customer service is second to none.

I have to say that over the years I have never been disappointed by you and I have been a customer since the middle 80's. I don't order a lot of things on a regular basis, but I do purchase assorted essentials now and again as well as customised items. Excellent service and turn around times. Reasonable pricing and very good quality items. I still have items in service that were purchased way back then.

I am a great fan of CPGEAR products but by far my favorite is my Tactical Leaders Field Message Pad Notebook Cover with FMP Leg Board Panel I carry it along daily and use it a lot for teaching and all around note taking. Thanks Mark and the gang at CPGEAR for such great products.

I would just like to thank you for being able to provide Canadian soldiers with top notch equipment. I bought a pair or ESS goggles just before I left and I have found them to be fantastic. They do an excellent job of keeping Afghanistan's excessive sand out of my eyes, after a few of the other guys in the regiment checked them out the have gone on a hunt for their own pair. Thank you again for your excellent service to your countries armed forces.
I just want to say thank you for helping my tour here in KAF (Afghanistan) be more comfortable. I'm a nurse working at the Role 3 hospital. I use your day pack every day to keep medical equipment and AWOL gear close at hand. The hydration system has also come in handy now that the weather is getting hotter. Once again you have come through with flying colours. My order was mailed on Monday, and I received it on Thursday. Good job. I've received a lot of comments on my patrol cap, and the guys have asked about other products as well. I know there are a lot more cool products available now, and I'm sure the boys would love to look at.

Thanks for the personal note. I'm a military police pl comander bassed out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. I am doing a basic winter warfare course in January followed by the defensive mod of common army phase trg in early March in New Brunswick. I expect the linner will be a creature comfort on those cold days.
Your company is a great asset to U.S. troops, There are some things that we would like to have issued but can only get them through you. I know for a fact that while deployed overseas, there are lots of soldiers that have your kit on them.
I have to say that I was very surprised and extremly pleased with the attention I received when I called for info. I will keep your name in mind and if ever my police department needs something related to your line of work, I will refer them to your company. I have to add that I called other companies before I called you they just wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible since I did not want something already made by them. Keep up the good work
