5 Ways To Place Your Order:

  • Shop Online: It's so quick and easy that the majority of our orders are received this way. As soon as you press the "Confirm" button, we get the order and that means we start to prepare it too! We check for incoming orders, throughout the day, from Monday to Saturday.

  • Call Toll-Free: 1-800-561-3040 from anywhere in Canada and the U.S.! This is a great way to order if you have any questions you'd like to ask during the order process. Talk to a "live" person from our Factory Store, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5pm) and Saturdays (10am-5pm)..

  • Fax Toll-Free: 1-866-459-2696 from anywhere in Canada and the U.S. A good choice if you're worried about us getting the spelling right on those long Name Tape orders! Just fax us your order, with contact info, and we'll email or phone you back with any questions we may have.

  • E-Mail: sales@cpgear.com Just list out on your email what you would like to order. We'll confirm with a return email or telephone call, to give you the order total and clarify any questions we may have. Please DO NOT send credit card number details. You can either follow up the email with a call to provide your credit card details, or give us your phone number and we'll be happy to call you back. We do have a Paypal acct. if that is more convenient.

  • Pop it in the Mail! I know this method sounds a little old fashioned - but it actually works too! If you do not have a credit card or you're not too comfy with the internet, you can just "pop" your order in the mail with a certified cheque or money order. We will get to work on your order as soon as it comes through the door. International Orders? We evaluate each order received, from outside Canada on an individual basis. Shipping charges on International Orders are based on total weight and the destination country. Unfortunately, we do not have an automated system to calculate shipping service charges. However, after reviewing the weight, size and destination of your order we will immediately email you with shipping options and expected delivery times. Returns? We do accept returns within 30 days from shipment date. We do not accept returns on Custom Work, Nametapes, Modifications to Products, or Used Items. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper. We'll take care of any return shipping charges on repaired products. Please call or email us, before returning anything, so we can keep an eye out for it.

In Summary... We get most of our orders out within one or two working days. Orders with Name Tapes, Flashes or Epaulettes can sometimes add 1 or 2 days because of the customization involved. We can be very accommodating and flexible - just give us a call! If your order is delayed because something is missing or some other unforeseen problem arises - we will phone or email you to let you know.
