I did view some of the videos that you now have on your products. In short - Fantastic! Better than still photos, I found them very informative and 'deal makers' in that you also get Matt's explanation as to the thoughts behind their design and use.
I do a lot of online shopping, both for kit and tools, etc., the kinds of top notch items you can't always buy locally. Product with videos with explanations or demos always rank higher in my selection process.
I also appreciate the personalised responses I always receive from cpgear. I can't recall what my first purchase online from cpgear was - but I was impressed with the handwritten note that was included. My wife was also awestruck by this level of service.
I had the chance to meet Matt a year or so ago back when he did the cross country road trip and setup his display in Edmonton/Namao. I hope this sort of thing happens again, and will certainly stop by if I make it out to Gagetown this year.
