We’ve taken the 1960’s era ’64 pattern ruck and modernized it with 21st century materials and ergonomic designs. The ergonomic ‘S’ cut shoulder straps are constructed with soft, yet durable 3/8” closed cell foam, faced with Cordura on the outer side for maximum abrasion resistant, while the inner side is lined with moisture wicking Aero-Spacer mesh to help keep you dry and comfortable whilst rucking. Adjustable sternum strap prevents the straps from digging into your armpits.

Heavy duty ladderlock buckle allows a wide range of fitting to suit various body shapes and sizes. Top of straps attaches directly to the frame, and can be taken in/let out to accommodate for body armour. The waistbelt allows the user to comfortably transfer the load to their hips, in following with sound load carriage principles; Helps eliminate the problem of blood circulation cut off to the arms caused by carrying heavily weighted packs solely by the shoulder straps. Features soft, yet durable double layer 3/8” foam, lined on the interior with moisture wicking Aero-Spacer mesh to help keep the user dry and comfortable. Attaches securely to the 64 pattern frame (sold separately). The Cordura Back Panel provides a ‘trampoline’ type back pad for the frame. 2 independent pad units can be arranged either vertically or horizontally to best suit the user, and are constructed with 2 layers of 3/8” foam to maximize airflow and provide cushioning comfort, and are lined with Aero-Spacer moisture wicking mesh to help keep the user’s back dry.
